Day Four – Conquering Restaurant Choices
So you’ve had some fun this year ordering the fatty things on the menus. Those choices make up about 97% of the menu. Most of what you eat in a restaurant is not good for you, even the salads. My challenge to you this year is to make wiser choices, watch those portions and take some home if you need to! That serving has to satisfy everyone from a lady at 100 pounds to a big, burly man at 250. Don’t feel like you have to finish it! Share it with someone else at the table or immediately box up half of it when it arrives at the table. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
2013 needs to be about better choices, all geared toward your health! Don’t waste another year feeling fat, bloated, gross and out of control!
