Miss Something? Rewind!

It’s Wednesday! How is your week shaping up so far? If you are stuck or feel like you have been stuck for a little while, press rewind and go back to the times that you felt you were most successful. Once you rewind, specifically look for:

  • Things you ate that helped you
  • Things you ate that triggered you
  • Notes of victory that you wrote in your journal
  • Things you used for motivation
  • Things you used for discipline
  • Goals you were working toward
  • Reasons why you were successful
  • Reasons why you stopped being successful
  • Reasons you want to pick up where you left off

By pressing rewind you can go back to the part you missed or the part you need reinforcement from. Sometimes we don’t hear it or see it the first time and by taking a second to hear it again, we get more out of it than we did initially. You have the power to make today and every day awesome! Don’t forget that! Don’t forget that after you press rewind that you have to press play to move forward. Aren’t you curious to see what’s next in your life? The only way you’ll get there is by pressing play.
