Just a quick follow-up to my posted efforts last week to eat every couple hours…I had the following findings:
- I found that initially I was trying to eat as much as I could for 200 calories at a time, since I was working with 1200 calories per day. I was eating 6 times from waking to sleeping and trying to exhaust 200 calories did not turn how I thought it would. Before I knew it, it was time to eat again and I really didn’t feel like it because I was still satisfied from the last time I ate.
- Mid-week I decided to eat smaller portions of things that comprised 200 calories and found that to be more satisfying. Could I eat this way forever? I’m not sure. Back to the drawing board this week to try again!
