Start a food journal. I suggest getting any of the bargain rack journals at Barnes & Noble (under $5!); I swear by them. They have a nice spiral binding, plenty of wide-ruled pages for whatever you want to write and the appeal of a ‘clean slate’ every time you turn the page. I recommend writing your emotions on one side and your food choices on the other. That way, you can see what food choices you make based on what emotions you feel. GO TEAM!
